Acting Oakland police chief hasn't decided if he'll apply for job permanently

Acting Oakland Police Chief Paul Figueroa says he's not sure he'd apply for the job on a permanent basis even though Mayor Schaaf gives him a vote of confidence. She also said she's looking for an external candidate.
