Woman writes powerful letter to Governor Brown after niece gunned down in Oakland

The aunt of a 16-year-old girl shot and killed in Oakland last week is so upset she wrote an emotional letter to Gov. Brown asking for help in the solving of her murder and for him to let Mayor Schaaf know that she should intervene.
