Soberanes fire 10% contained, destroys 20 homes

Strike teams from the Bay Area are in Monterey County to control a fast-moving wildfire south of Carmel. The Soberanes fire has burned 16,000 acres and is at 10 percent containment. Twenty homes have been destroyed, with 1,600 homes threatened.
