Sonoma County deputy's promotion protested in Santa Rosa

Protesters are upset that a Sonoma County deputy who shot and killed 13-year-old Andy Lopez has been promoted to sergeant. On Wednesday, they had a message for a crowd at Santa Rosa's weekly farmers' market.
