RAW VIDEO: Santa Clara County Sheriff holds news conference on escaped inmate's capture

Rogelio Chavez, the second outstanding escaped inmate was captured Wednesday night in San Jose. Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department held a news conference that night to update the situation.
