UC Berkeley & transgender community hit hard by Ghost Ship fire

At least three victims of Oakland's Ghost Ship fire identified as transgender women, which highlights the lack of and need for safe space for marginalized communities. Other victims DJ-ed shows on campus at KALX, as music was a common bond.
