Safe-injection sites considered in San Francisco to help heroin addicts

San Francisco leaders are studying a potentially controversial idea that would allow drug users to have a safe injection site. Board of Supervisors President London Breed is calling for a task force to study the proposal that would include counselors for the addicts.
