Demonstrators gather in Mission after DA says no charges against officers in man's killing

Demonstrators gathered in the Mission District Wednesday night after the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office announced that it will not file charges against two police officers who were involved in the fatal shooting of a young immigrant two years ago.
