Homeless encampment on fire underneath I-580 overpass in Emeryville

Firefighters in Oakland tonight are responding a fire underneath Interstate Highway 580 where a homeless encampment lies, near the Emeryville border, according to a dispatcher with the Oakland Fire Department.
