Man walking 3-month-old killed in Hayward, baby okay

A man who was walking a 3-month old in a stroller was killed in a shooting in unincorporated Hayward this afternoon, an Alameda County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Ray Kelly. The child is alright and with its mother and deputies.
