Antioch shooting involving off-duty sheriff from another county

A shooting involving an off-duty, out-of-county sheriff took place Tuesday night. A driver allegedly continued to ram another vehicle before aggressively exiting. The driver has a young child with the woman inside the off-duty sheriff's car.
