TODAY'S FORECAST: Winds dying down, higher humidity

KTVU meteorologist Steve Paulson said the winds are dying down relatively in the North Bay and humidity is up, which may help firefighters battle the wildfires. In the Bay Area, temps should be in the 60s and 70s.
