Child in critical condition; suspect in E. Oakland hit & run arrested

A child was critically injured today in a hit and run collision in East Oakland. Oakland police say they responded to the 800 block of E. 15th Street at 1:29 p.m. Officers located a minor upon arriving who had suffered major injuries.
