No weapon found on man whom San Francisco police killed after Lottery van robbery

Police on Thursday showed the body-worn camera footage of a fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred last week in San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood to an emotional crowd during a town hall meeting at a church. It turned out the man they killed was unarmed and the rookie officer who killed him was four days on the job. Christien Kafton reports
