Barber to hold community vigil after W. Oakland fatal police shooting

He goes by the name of 'Truck' and for 21 years, he's served the community of West Oakland at his barbershop. But Wednesday night his shop was at the center of an officer-involved shooting that left one suspect dead after an argument quickly escalated.
