Activist says Mayor Farrell’s homeless sweeps doesn’t offer real solutions

Kelley Cutler with the Coalition on Homelessness says SF Mayor Farrell’s sweeps of the homeless are the wrong approach and that people need resources and support rather than being pushed along with their belongings taken away. There are more than 1,000 people on the city’s shelter reservation waitlist.
