Evacuation center in Lake County at capacity, some evacuations lifted

Evacuation orders were lifted Tuesday for some residents in Lake County for people living in Kelseyville. More than 10,000 people were chased out of their homes by the River Fire and Ranch Fire, collectively known as the Mendocino Complex Fires.
