More evacuation orders for Mendocino, Lake counties; Red Flag Warning in effect

A Friday night community meeting in Lake County was full of anxious residents who are also exhausted from evacuation orders and warnings. Cal Fire says the Ranch Fire is at 115,000 acres and 28% contained.
