Search for missing at-risk Palo Alto woman

Family and friends are searching for missing 66-year-old Wamaitha Kaboga-Miller of Palo Alto. Kaboga-Miller was last seen Friday morning leaving the Country Time Market in East Palo Alto. She hasn’t been heard from or seen since then.
