First responders testify in Verizon data throttling case

First responders appeared before a special California Assembly committee, detailing difficulties they had battling the Medocino Complex Fire due to reduced internet access. They blamed Verizon for the throttling. The recently promoted chief of the Santa Clara County testified at the informational hearing at the state capitol.
