Oakland nonprofit's van full of clean syringes, Narcan stolen

A nonprofit's van stolen in Oakland contained thousands of clean syringes and Narcan, the antidote used to revive people who have overdosed on drugs. The nonprofit is working with police and the storage company where the van was stolen from.
