Former OPD officer, D.A. investigator pleads guilty to charges including bribery and fraud

An officer on Oakland Police Department's force for 26 years who went on to become an Alameda County District Attorney inspector, was charged and has pleaded guilty to bribery, fraud and aiding a gang member.
