Arson at Tenderloin market caught on camera

The owner of Mid-City Market in San Francisco's Tenderloin says he's never had anything like this happen before. His surveillance cameras captured the moment a man walked into his store and set toilet paper on fire. The arsonist struck at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Amber Lee reports.
