Good Samaritans help apprehend hit and run driver who killed San Jose woman

A San Jose family is in mourning after their loved one didn't come home from a trip to Target Saturday night. The 51-year-old victim Diane Delgado was walking to her house a mile away when she was killed by a hit and run driver. The driver was arrested thanks to Good Samaritans.
