San Francisco Mayor London Breed asks for brother's early prison release, believes in redemption

San Francisco Mayor London Breed is speaking out about her appeal to Governor Jerry Brown asking for clemency for her brother. The Mayor's brother has been in prison serving 18 years on a 44 year sentence.The mayor said she knew that given her position as mayor that her request would become public.
