6-year-old Oakland girl in stable condition after being hit by 'celebratory' gunfire

Oakland Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick visited a 6-year-old in the hospital who suffered a gunshot wound from New Year's Eve "celebratory" gunfire. The girl is expected to recover from her headwound and was presented with a teddy bear. Rob Roth reports.
