Oakland Education Association responds to teachers' demands

The Oakland teachers' union is asking for a 12 percent salary increase over three years, but the school district is offering a 5 percent raise over three years. The school district also is saying a planned teachers 'sickout' this Friday would be illegal labor action. We spoke to Oakland Education Association President Keith Brown on this situation.
