Bay Area set for a soaking as stronger storm moves in

The Bay Area is set to get a more serious soaking starting Wednesday afternoon and into Thursday morning with 1 to 3 inches of rain expected in the low lying areas and as much as 6 inches in the coastal mountains. KTVU's Maureen Naylor reports.
