Man fleeing falling tree run over, killed by neighbor's minivan

A North Bay community is stunned after a neighbor accidentally ran over her neighbor in Mill Valley Wednesday when they were fleeing a falling tree from a storm. 52-year-old Darren Malvin was killed when a woman panicked, gunned it in her minivan and hit him. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
