ACLU seeks police transparency, accountability on behalf of 12 families through new California law

ACLU Northern California senior staff attorney Kathleen Guneratne joins us along with Stephon Clarke’s aunt, Jamila Land, and Oscar Grant’s uncle, Cephus Johnson, to talk about a California law that went into effect this year that allows for release of previously sealed police documents and how that factors into more transparency for police departments.
