Santa Clara considers first-of-its-kind 'eco-village'

City leaders in Santa Clara are considering a first-of-its-kind eco-village. The proposed project would include 350 homes for all income levels and a working farm. It would be located at the intersection of Winchester Boulevard and Worthington Circle across from Valley Fair Mall. KTVU's Azenith Smith reports.
