Concrete chunks fall from Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, closing all lanes

Traffic on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge remains backed up after all lanes were shutdown Thursday afternoon because of concrete chunks falling from the bridge's upper deck. KTVU's Alyana Gomez reports.
