Storm forecast to cause flooding on Russian, Napa rivers

High winds, rain and flooding are making trips across Bay Area bridges a bit of a ride. Motorists have both hands are on the wheel as some nerve-wracking conditions hit the Bay Area for the second time this month. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
