Chaotic Sacramento City Council meeting follows night of mass arrests

The Sacramento City Council meeting descended into chaos Tuesday when supporters of Stephon Clark became vocal and at least one man got up on a table the night after 84 people were arrested at a protest march. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
