2 deaths this week at large Santa Cruz homeless encampment

Sheriff's investigators say two people died this week at a Santa Cruz homeless encampment. One was said to be from natural causes, the other is said to be under investigation. The county, much like other major California cities is struggling with a growing homeless population. KTVU's Jesse Gary reports.
