Milpitas Great Mall could get Legoland discovery center

As changing consumer trends continue to affect retail shopping spaces and malls, there could be new life yet again for the Great Mall in Milpitas. Legoland submitted a permit application to open a discovery center at the site that has continually re-invented itself from an auto assembly plant to its current incarnation.
