California gets its first ever surgeon general

California's first ever surgeon general, Dr. Nadine Burke Harris, is launching a statewide listening tour. She's says she wants people to know the office won't try to tackle all health issues at once and would like to focus on children's health. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
