Honoring survivors vigil in San Rafael

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. It's an annual campaign across the country to prevent the abuse of adults and children. In Marin County that means assuring undocumented victims that they should report too abuse too. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
