Hardworking San Francisco native becomes homeless

It's a story that's become all too common as the Bay Area housing crisis continues to thrash public service service workers. In San Francisco, John Harris says he loves his job as a full-time city employee, but he struggles to stay off the street and is one of over 1,000 on the homeless shelter waiting list. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
