Cement truck overturns on Central Freeway connector in San Francisco

California Highway Patrol in San Francisco says a cement truck overturned on the 101 Central Freeway connector Thursday afternoon when it hit the guardrail, spilling some of its load on the freeway and onto vehicles parked below. KTVU's Rob Malcolm reports.
