Breed, Peskin introduce ride share tax proposal

Uber issued a statement saying they support the per-ride-share tax proposal introduced before the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday. The proposal could end up on November's ballot for voters to decide if they want to tax Uber and Lyft rides to create revenue for traffic improvements. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
