Driver, 28, says he used meth before fatal crash in San Jose: CHP

A driver who told authorities he had been using meth before leading police on a high-speed chase through the South Bay is suspected of crashing into a minivan and killing the driver and injuring his male passenger, according to the California Highway Patrol.
