Rise in Bay ferry popularity: Creating new commuter corridors

Ferry service to Richmond launched five months ago. So far, officials say it has beaten all expectations, projections and prognostications. With the runway success of the new Richmond Ferry, replacing one that failed 19 years ago, we may have reached the mass transit tipping point. KTVU's Tom Vacar reports.
