Ride share changes at SFO

San Francisco International Airport is making changes to address problems with a new pick up procedure for ride share drivers. A new system was introduced two weeks ago and has led to complaints about long lines and delays from ride share drivers and their passengers. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
