Fatal crash in San Jose, two injured

The California Highway Patrol Friday morning reported a fatal crash on northbound Interstate Highway 280 in San Jose. The crash was first reported at 12:02 a.m. on the highway at the 10th Street off-ramp, according to the CHP. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two people were transported to the hospital with major injuries.
