Oakland’s 3 O’Clock Rock music education program heading to Memphis

An East Bay man has turned his love for rock 'n' roll into an after-school program and summer camp. KTVU's Amber Lee reports on Oakland's 3 O'Clock Rock, sees them in action ahead of their big field trip to Memphis where they will perform gigs.
