Diocese: Santa Rosa priest accused of stealing $95K from parish collections

A priest in the Santa Rosa Diocese is accused of stealing $95,000 in parish collections after bags of money were recovered in his vehicle during a traffic accident in June, Bishop Robert Vasa said Monday.
