Freeway shooting shuts down northbound lanes of I-880 in Oakland

All lanes of northbound I-880 south of 98th Avenue in Oakland were shutdown for about two hours after a driver opened fire on a passenger of another vehicle during the Monday evening commute, California Highway Patrol-Golden Gate Division reported. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports from the scene.
