Palo Alto man files excessive force lawsuit against police department

Palo Alto Police Department is defending itself against charges several officers violated a suspect’s civil rights. KTVU's Jesse Gary reports attorneys for Gustavo Alvarez say the officers in question filed false police reports and did not reveal the use-of-force during his arrest, which was captured on video.
