Hit & run arrest in American Canyon; pedestrian seriously injured

A 19-year-old woman has surrendered to police Thursday night in American Canyon after a hit and run has seriously injured a female pedestrian. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports from Highway 29 at Rio del Mar, where the accident occurred earlier in the morning.
